Broken Ford Ranger Key? Here’s How We Got This Ute Back on the Road

Earlier this week, a customer visited our Belconnen workshop with a common issue, the key to their Ford Ranger ute had snapped. The blade had broken clean off the head, making it impossible to start the vehicle.

Fortunately, they still had both pieces of the broken key. That’s all we needed.

At ASI Locksmiths, we specialise in automotive key repair and replacement. Our team carefully examined the broken key, cut a brand new one using the original as a template, and programmed it to the vehicle’s immobiliser system on the spot.

Within the hour, the customer had a brand-new, fully functional key and their Ranger was back on the road.
